Q. What are the hours of operation?

A. Our services are available Monday-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays by request.  Please book ahead to ensure your desired time.

Q. Do I need to be home?

A. It is not necessary to be home, in fact most of our customers are not.  Access can be provided by key or lockbox.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, we are fully insured.

Q. Can I get any references?

A. Certainly.

Q. Do I need to buy any supplies or equipment?

A. For you're convenience we supply everything, but if you have your own cleaning supplies/vacuums you would like us to use we would be happy to accommodate you.

Q. I've had a bad experience or known someone whose had a bad experience with a cleaning company -- how are you different?

A. Every cleaning service comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with any part or even the entirety of our services, please call right away and we will schedule another appointment free-of-charge and until you are completely content.
